Had a good breakfast, very balanced, fruit, eggs, toast- good things to get the body moving. Getting ready to go cross country skiing with my husband, nice way to burn a lot of calories and weather is perfect right now. Hope to post some pics soon.

Tomorrow is Day One
Well, here's goes nothing..... I so desperately want to be myself again.... I felt like I am stuck between a bowl of ice-cream and my laptop. I never considered myself unfit, but I think the scale see's things a little differently and so do my clothes. So tomorrow will start my journey to get back to the old body I once had, although it didn't feel old at all.
So what will I do to get there? Not play in to my extreme sugar tooth when it's craving for that lovely chocolate I do dearly endulge myself in. Make some good choices, and actually become a runner again. I know sounds like a lot all at once, but either I am in or I am out right. So from this night on, there's no turning back.
